ITS-IFToMM 2024 policy requires that at least one author of your full paper is registered for the conference prior to the final full paper submission deadline, 24th February 2024 11th March 2024. Otherwise, your full paper will not be included in the program and the proceedings book. An author who pays any type of registration fee except “Accompanying Person” is allowed to submit 1 final full paper. One (maximum) Additional Paper Submission for each registered Author (EUR 100).

An author may register for the conference before the notification of acceptance. Had the paper not been accepted for ITS-IFToMM 2024, the registration fee will be refunded upon request.

The fees are VAT included and allow the admission to technical sessions, gala dinner, refreshments during breaks, buffet lunches, program book, abstract booklet, and 4-week access link to Electronic Proceedings of the Springer Book Series “Mechanism and Machine Science”. Accompanying Person’s fee includes gala dinner, social events.

First, it is necessary to fill the registration form. After that, you will receive an email with the payment instructions. The payments could be executed by Credit Card (by registering at Paypal) or by Bank Transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your conference fees for ITS-IFToMM 2024 can be refunded, for a cancellation fee of € 150, before 30th April 2024 with the following exception: if your registration was used to upload a final paper to the conference, there will be no refund.

After April, 30th 2024, Conference fees cannot be refunded. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.

In case of cancellation, a written notification must be sent by email to the ITS-IFToMM 2024 Organizing Committee: infoITS2024@iftommits2024.it

The refund will be made via bank transfer: bank charges will be deducted from the amount to be paid back.

Nel caso in cui il partecipante richieda l’intestazione della fattura alla propria Pubblica Amministrazione, è necessario effettuare l’iscrizione on line selezionando lo Split payment - scissione dei pagamenti IVA sulla quota di iscrizione per poter ricevere fattura intestata ad un ente pubblico ed emessa con scissione di pagamento o split payment (addebito dell’IVA in fattura alla P.A.) e dovrà essere inviato tramite email  all’indirizzo info@me4job.com direttamente dalla P.A. l’ordine di acquisto, riportante il codice univoco PA (Identificazione Pubblica  Amministrazione) attribuito ad ogni singola unità organizzativa (UO), ed ogni altra eventuale informazione che l’Ente stesso ritenga necessaria ed opportuna per facilitare l’identificazione del pagamento del servizio, come da attuali normative Italiane sulla fatturazione elettronica.

IN MANCANZA DELLA DOCUMENTAZIONE RICHIESTA E SOPRA DESCRITTA NON POTRANNO ESSERE EMESSE FATTURE INTESTATE AD ENTI PUBBLICI; in questo caso il pagamento dovrà essere inclusivo di IVA e la fattura/ricevuta verrà intestata al partecipante.

I dipendenti della Pubblica Amministrazione che richiedono l’intestazione della fattura con i propri dati personali devono invece proseguire con la normale compilazione dei dati, NON spuntando il flag “Spit Payment” sul form di registrazione. In questo caso verrà applicata l’Iva.
